Beth founded Benefit Resources in Sacramento, CA, in 1987 with the vision of making retirement plan administration easier for business owners. With a background in banking, accounting, and financial planning, she combines technical expertise with a gift for translating complex regulations into clear, practical strategies.
Matt Harrington
President (QKA)
Matt joined Benefit Resources in 2013 and now leads the firm’s technology, innovation, and growth strategy. With an engineering background, he has modernized processes to make plan administration more efficient while ensuring clients still receive the personal service that defines Benefit Resources. His leadership blends analytical problem-solving with a hands-on commitment to client success.
